Jill Huentelman is Founder and President of Lernia. Jill has over 16 years experience in development and delivery of training within the life sciences industry. Jill provides leadership to position Lernia at the forefront of the industry, and oversees Lernia’s operations to ensure client satisfaction, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Armand has over 13 years of experience in the development and delivery of training programs. Over the past eight years he has provided project management, and development and implementation of programs designed to maximize employee growth and development within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors. Armand has also extensive experience in the areas of Training Strategy, Program and Project Management, Performance Management and Employee Development. Armand received in M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1997 from Radford University.
Stephanie has over 18 years of experience in consulting and providing training solutions for corporate and compliance-driven business initiatives. She has extensive experience in curriculum development, e-Learning strategy, training program management, and business process and system application training development. Stephanie uses her expertise to ensure instructional design integrity for products across Lernia. Stephanie received her CPLP in 2006 from ASTD as a member of their pioneer group.
Sue has over 10 of years experience in consulting and project management for the pharmaceutical sector. Her extensive experience includes managing the development and delivery of training programs including e-learning solutions for investigator staff of various clinical studies.
Jeremy has over 4 years of experience in providing training solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive experience in the creation and delivery of training programs for global audiences, with focus in Global Contract Management. His experience includes ILT, eLearning, curriculum design, business process design, and program management. Jeremy is currently responsible for promoting business development initiatives at Lernia through client engagement and external exhibiting activities.
